Our story

Bella Vista started in 2011 when Rosa and Tomas took over a shuttered sandwich shop on Haywood Road with a used pasta extruder and a rented mixer. The room still seats twelve tables, and Rosa still makes the Sunday gravy.

Everything on the menu is cooked to order in a kitchen you can see from your seat. We buy from farms we visit, and we write the menu around whatever they have.
